1. Return Eligibility: We accept returns/exchanges within 48 hours (2days) of delivery for the following conditions:
Wrong product delivered
Size mismatch
Damaged or defective product
Product differs from description/image
2. Non-Returnable Items:
Products that are customized, altered, or made to order
Accessories like turbans, safas, stoles, and innerwear
Items purchased during sale or clearance events
3. Return Process:
Email us at support@diamondnx.com or WhatsApp us with your order ID and reason for return.
Our team will initiate a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or guide you through the self-shipping process (return products shipping charges will be on customers).
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
4. Refund Process:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit (as opted).
Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy: Exchanges are allowed for size issues or manufacturing defects, subject to stock availability.
